DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6916 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districtls the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6916--Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19,Town of Deerfield, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence N 00° 41'03"East along the East line of said 1/4-1/4;918 feet; thence S 88°46'W,6.7 feet to the West line of Dane County Certified Map number 2976 and the point of beginning, thence continue S 88°46'W,230 feet; thence N 01°01' 16"E,284 feet;thence N88°46'East,230 to the West line of said Certified Survey Map;thence S 01°01' 16"W along said West line,284 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1.Require that all accessory buildings and agricultural outbuildings to be constructed on the property in the future shall be located no more than 150 feet outside of the perimeter of the rezone area. Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of landwithin 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. ■*A\ 0\6\ • %i•\ The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
