I purchased about 37 acres of land last summer. Due to an error on <br /> the part of the surveyor, David Riesop, my legal description contains a very small <br /> pie of land north of Koshkonong Creek that belongs to the Boleys. The surveyor <br /> thoughtthat the Boley's land was entirely south of the creek when in fact it goes <br /> • a &it 5011 north of the creek to the quarter section line. Mr. Riesop has made <br /> -arrfgements to acquire the land in question from the Boleys on my behalf but has <br /> n(*yet registered the changes with your office. Even if this small piece was still in <br /> dispute, it is far removed from the area that I wish to rezone (being at my extreme <br /> southern boundary) so I see no reason why it should affect my petition to rezone. <br /> I hope this clears up any questions.
