The plan includes the
following requirements:
1. The site may only be accessed from State Highway 69 using the existing gravel
driveway. The driveway must be maintained in a condition that prevents material from
reaching public roads. If material is tracked onto public roads, it must be removed and
the tracking controls must be improved prior to resuming construction traffic.
2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where
deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be
maintained for the duration of land disturbing activities and removed promptly after the
site is stabilized. •
3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"
on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control
measures will be required.
4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required
permits.
All disturbed areas must be permanently seeded and mulched by June 1, 2014.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
5201 Fen Oak Drive,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-PH:608/224-3730,FAX:608/224-3745
www.countyofdane.com/landconservation
