I would very much appreciate it if your office would contact me immediately if there is <br /> any further action required from the Town of Vienna on this matter. We are very <br /> concerned about the amount of delay which has already taken place on this request, <br /> which clearly met town requirements in the very beginning of the process. There was a <br /> major lack of understanding already concerning the Vienna Town Plan, which required <br /> new copies of that to be delivered to each member of the Zoning Committee... and then <br /> further clarified with the Regional Planning Staff. Our land division and subdivision <br /> ordinance and regulations have been in place and followed closely for over twenty-two <br /> years, and never questioned in such a manner prior to Mr. Schutz's zoning request. We <br /> are clearly confused by what is taking place on this simple request and have every desire <br /> to he sure that we, the zoning petitioner, and everyone else involved, be clearly informed <br /> to avoid these lengthy delays and work in the future.
