WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section <br /> 21, Town of Vienna, described as follows: Beginning at the NW <br /> corner of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East 467 feet; <br /> thence South 467 feet; thence West 467 feet; thence North 467 <br /> feet to the pint of beginning. <br /> II.
