DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6920 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dane. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6920--Located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, <br /> Town of Dane,described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the <br /> Northwest 1/4; thence North 292 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue North 256 feet; thence <br /> West 256 feet; thence South 256 feet; thence East 256 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 0\(J\ <br /> / � <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
