• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 5. Written Statement <br /> The MPGA, L.L.C. is a start-up indoor recreation business providing indoor driving range <br /> facilities open seven days a week. Other services include private lessons, video swing analysis and <br /> golf seminars. The facilities will be climate controlled, with 50 hitting tees, a pro shop, and <br /> restaurant. The market includes serious and recreational golfers, primarily during cold and/or bad <br /> weather conditions. <br /> We are requesting a rezone the property form a RH-1 designation to a C-2 designation. This will <br /> allow the needed land uses for the business. This rezone will facilitate the Town of Madison's <br /> desire to move the area into C -2 zoning in accordance to their Master Plan.
