This is an isolated parcel in the Town of Madison surrounded by the Helaine Highway on the north, <br /> the railroad on the east,single-family homes and a mini-warehouse business on the south and USH 14 to the west. <br /> This is one of the few remaining vacant sites in this part of the town. <br /> This is a reasonably logical place for commercial development with urban services—public sewer and water <br /> available. <br /> The only safety concern is access to this site.
