TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT • <br /> • c/2 2/ <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # Y 2 / Public Hearing <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Madison having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/died). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 5 members voted 5 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> Town Board approves rezone of property from RH-i to C-2 for proposed use only <br /> (indoor recreation facility with sporting goods store and restaurant) .
