Subsequently, at the Town Board meeting held on Monday, June 9, 1997, the <br /> Town Board amended the minutes of the June 2, 1997 meeting to reflect its intentions for approving Dane <br /> County Zoning Petition #6921. The Town Board approves the conditional rezoning of the property (as <br /> permitted under Section 10.255(3) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances) from RI-1-I to C-2 for the <br /> following uses only: <br /> 1. All uses permitted in the C-1 commercial district without limitation to size. <br /> 2. Major repairs of motor vehicles. <br /> 3. Sales of new and used vehicles. <br /> 4. Sales of new and used contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> 5. Repairs, storage and service of contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> 6. Rental and leasing of motor vehicles,contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> 7. Utility services. <br /> 8. Parking or storing of motor vehicles. <br /> 9. Warehouses. <br /> 10. Games such as horseshoes, volleyball or similar activities not lighted for night operation. <br /> 11.
