• <br /> Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT # 1430 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subjectg to conditions. <br /> FOR: Bed and breakfast. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 6/17/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Cross <br /> Plains, described as follows : Beginning at the NE corner of the <br /> NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Cross Plains; thence <br /> West 500 feet along the North line of said quarter-quarter <br /> section; thence South 200 feet, thence East to the East line of <br /> said NW 1/4 - SE 1/4; thence North along East line of said NW <br /> 1/4 - SE 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . That the bed and breakfast be limited to the existing <br /> residential structure. <br /> 2) . That the interior design of the residential structure be <br /> limited to the existing design capacity of the sanitary system. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
