DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6924 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6924--Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35,Berry <br /> Township,described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 35; thence Sj 00°00' 00"W. <br /> 1320.00 feet; thence N 90°00'00"W, 1320.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4-NE 1/4 and <br /> the point of beginning; thence S 18°46' 53"E along the East line of said SW 1/4-NE 1/4,272.40 to the <br /> centerline of County Trunk Highway"P"and the point of curvature of a 3819.83 feet centerline curve to <br /> the left; thence Southwesterly 545.00 feet along the arc of said centerline curve making a central angle of <br /> 8° 10' 29"and a long chord of 544.54 feet that bears S 32°56'04"W to the intersection with the <br /> centerline of North Hill Point Road; thence N 64°54' 00"W along said centerline,45.87 feet to the point <br /> of curvature of a 240.49 feet radius centerline curve to the right; thence Northwesterly 210.85 feet along <br /> the arc of said centerline curve making a central angle of 50° 14'00"and a long chord of 204.16 feet that <br /> bears N 36°01' 04"W; thence N 12° 18'00"W along said centerline, 542.80 feet to the North line of <br /> said SW 1/4-NE 1/4; thence N 90°00'00"E along said North line,485.58 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> ,.. <br /> ff 11 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
