DANE'COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6926 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6926--TO RH-1: Part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Albion Township,described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of C.T.H. "X"and the North line of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20; thence West along said North line 363.75 feet; thence South parallel to said right-of-way line 240 feet; thence East parallel to said North line 363.75 feet; thence North along said West right-of-way line 240 feet to the place of beginning. TO RH-2: Part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20,Albion Township,described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of C.T.H"X"and the North line of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20; thence West along said North line 363.75 feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing West 606.25 feet; thence South parallel with said right-of-way 315 feet; thence East parallel with said North line 970 feet to said West right-of-way line; thence North along said right-of-way 75 feet; thence West parallel to said North line 363.75 feet; thence North 240 feet to the place of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning Effective: The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
