DANE'COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6926 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6926--TO RH-1: Part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, <br /> Albion Township,described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of <br /> C.T.H. "X"and the North line of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20; thence West along said <br /> North line 363.75 feet; thence South parallel to said right-of-way line 240 feet; thence East parallel to <br /> said North line 363.75 feet; thence North along said West right-of-way line 240 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20,Albion Township,described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of C.T.H"X"and the North line of the <br /> South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20; thence West along said North line 363.75 feet to the place of <br /> beginning; thence continuing West 606.25 feet; thence South parallel with said right-of-way 315 feet; <br /> thence East parallel with said North line 970 feet to said West right-of-way line; thence North along said <br /> right-of-way 75 feet; thence West parallel to said North line 363.75 feet; thence North 240 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> Effective: <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
