Rezone (2)acres to RH-1 to seperate existing farmhouse from the approx. 51 acre parcel. This <br /> parcel and farmhouse is being retained by current co-owner Dennis Harried. Area of this parcel <br /> is required to encompass water well and septic system serving the house. Current building on <br /> this site is farmhouse only, no outbuildings. <br /> 2. Rezone 5 acres RH-2 to allow Jeff&Kim Hart to build a single family residence for their <br /> family. <br /> Schedule for construction: <br /> - obtain zoning permit spring/summer 1997 <br /> - obtain building permit fall/winter 1997 <br /> -begin building spring 1998. <br /> Residence will be approximate 1800 sq. ft. ranch house with attached garage. Currently there are <br /> no buildings on the area for rezone.The remaining acreage will be left as A-1 exclusive and will <br /> be leased out as cropland as is currently being done. <br /> Note on legal description and sketch: Dane County Highway Department Supervisor advised Jeff <br /> Hart on 3/29/97 that driveway to this parcel must be located 50 feet south of north lot line <br /> bordering Haried property. Due to this the width of the lot as it meets County Trunk X will be 75 <br /> feet and not the 30 feet as shown on the Sketch.
