DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6928 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6928--A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 21,Town <br /> of Berry,described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 21; thence North, <br /> 1537.37 feet along the East Section Line of Section 21; thence N 29° 17' 35"W 752.58 feet to the point <br /> of beginning, thence N 15°47' 28"W 467.35 feet to the North Section Line of Section 21; thence N 88° <br /> 52' 58"W 317.44 feet; thence S 4°46'21"E 266.84 feet; thence S 65°46'49"E,463.12 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
