DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6929 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business and R- <br /> 1A Residential District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6929--TO R-1A: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4-SW 1/4 and the <br /> SW 1/4-SE 1/4 of Section 14,Town of Mazomanie,described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 <br /> corner of said Section 15; thence N 83°50'E, 242 feet to a point in the centerline of U.S. "14"; thence N <br /> 03°03' W, 300.5 feet along the centerline of U.S. `14'to the point of curvature of a curve to the left <br /> having a radius of 1146.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 362.2 feet along the arc of the curve to the point of <br /> beginning,thence continuing 631.3 feet along the arc of the curve, said arc also being the centerline of <br /> U.S. `14'; thence S 27°W,299.3 feet; thence S 65°05'E, 560.75 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO B-1: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4-SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4-SE 1/4 of Section 15, <br /> Town of Mazomanie,described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 15; <br /> thence N 83°50'E,242 feet to a point in the centerline of U.S. `14'; thence N 03°03'W, 300.5 feet <br /> along the centerline of U.S. `14'to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a radius of 1146.00 <br /> feet; thence Northwesterly 993.5 feet along the arc of the cruve to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing 164.20 feet along the arc of the curve,said arc also being the centerlin of U.S. `14'; thence N <br /> 60°59' W, 137.00 feet along the centerline of U.S. `14'; thence S 04°31'E,60.00 feet; thence S 23° 10' <br /> W,282.65 feet; thence S 65°03'E,250.00 feet; thence N 27°E,299.30 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTD41FD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
