ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. f2065. <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> OREGON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be <br /> amended to include in the Lc-1 Limited Commercial District <br /> the following described land: <br /> A part of Lot #4 of Certified Survey Map #2161 as recorded on page <br /> 397 in volume 8 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds Office and is located in part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 15 of the Town of Oregon, described as follows : <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot #4; thence West along <br /> the North line of said Lot #4, 100 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue along said North line 200 feet; thence South 200 feet; <br /> thence East 200 feet; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: May 27 , 1978 <br /> 545-11 (2/78) <br />
