Density Study Summary for Rezone #7125 <br /> January 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of C.J. <br /> Vale at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Cottage Grove (5/15/82), <br /> consisting of 59.3 acres. Vale also owns other noncontiguous land in the same <br /> Township to the east and north (land to the north was the subject of rezone <br /> petition#7124), amounting to 160.7 acres in total. There have been no splits on <br /> any of Vale's land. <br /> (please see attached map) <br />
