At the Planning Commition meeting <br /> on January 26 , 1998 , the Committee voted 8-0 to approve . <br /> It is our policy to have the Committee vote before the Town <br /> Board votes . In talking to the other four Supervisors none of <br /> them has any objections to the rezone .
