I have shown a setback line from Highways 12& 18 which <br /> is agreeable with the Schwalbachs. Please note Stan Lien has also endorsed the map. I chose the 200 <br /> foot line as that would be the setback if the roadway would become a 4 lane highway at a later date. <br /> As discussed on the phone, the Township's only wish on this was to have a restriction that no residential <br /> building take place, apparently as in the case of a caretaker. The Schwalbachs are also in agreement <br /> with this. • <br /> Please call if you have further questions.
