• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6798 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial and RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6798 <br /> TO RH-1: Part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #6781, being in part of the NW 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Christiana described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of Lot #1; thence South along the East line of said lot, 596.53 feet; <br /> thence West, 211 feet; thence North, 66 feet; thence East, 60 feet; thence North along the <br /> West line of said Lot #1, 511 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO CZ. Part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #6781, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2; thence South along the East line of said Lot, <br /> 511 feet; thence West, 60 feet; thence South, 66 feet; thence West, 166 feet; thence <br /> South, 585 feet to the centerline of USH 12 & 18; thence Northwesterly along said <br /> centerline 234.1 feet; thence North, 671 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of the <br /> aforesaid CSM #6781; thence East, 271 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot #3; <br /> thence Northerly along the East line of said Lot, 317 feet to the Northeast corner thereof <br /> and the centerline of State Farm Road; thence Easterly along said centerline, 122 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That the southerly 485 feet of the C-2 rezone area be restricted to no building construction. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town B_oard as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
