The Committee directed staff(yours truly) to <br /> explore with the Town of Christiana the possibility of rezoning both Lots 2 & 3 of the <br /> proposed certified survey map to the C-2 Commercial Di u IN ereb consolidating these <br /> two lots into one. e out 485' of this consolidated lot would be deed restricted to <br /> prohibit construction,just as requested by the Town Board. Eliminating the A-2 zoning <br /> category would simplify the a..lication an will reduce the number o lots within t e <br /> certified survey map. <br /> Please advise as to the acceptability of this alternative.
