DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6931 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springdale. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 693 1--Part of Lot#1, Certified Survey Map number 7696,as located in the <br /> NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; all in Section 16, Town of Springdale, <br /> described thusly: Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot#1; thence S 57°28' 36"E 257.06 feet; thence <br /> S 64° 59' 11"E 180 feet; thence S 19° 21' 26"W 310 feet; thence N 70° 38' 34"W 50 feet; thence N <br /> 60°23' 31"W 385.88 feet; thence N 22°30' 21 E 324.96 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1.New building no bigger than 40'by 110' and replacement of the three structures is permitted <br /> if the structures would be burned or destroyed. <br /> 2. Activities: Outside activities will be restricted to: <br /> a. Machinery auctions. <br /> b. Specialty livestock auctions. <br /> c. Unusual and small animal auctions. <br /> d. Hay auctions. <br /> e. Overstock of items for building. <br /> f. Only one outside auction per week of the above five. <br /> g. No amplification outside when amplification is occurring inside. Only wireless <br /> amplification can be used outside. <br /> 3. Auctions- 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. <br /> a. No more than four auctions per week. <br /> 4. Sunday- 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br /> 5. Property owner will take responsibility for checking parking area for refuse at the conclusion <br /> of the activities. <br /> 6. Property owner will be responsible for planting and maintaining area surrounding parking lot <br /> to reduce run off and erosion to neighboring property. <br /> 7. Refuse container will be screened from public view. <br /> 8. No fermented or malt beverages may be sold or served. <br /> 9. No parking or public road ways will be permitted. <br /> 10. Lighting of parking lot will be turned off 1/2 hour after activities are over, only security <br /> lights on building will remain on and will be directed downward. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
