We were the owners of the above described parcel, which was formerly known as Lot One (1) , Certified Survey Map No. 7696, recorded in Volume 40 of Certified Surveys on page 162 and 163. 2. On 3 October 1997, we executed some Restrictions which were recorded on 9 October 1997 as Document No. 2896030. 3. The legal description contained on the document recorded as Restrictions is incorrect. 4. The real estate to which we intended to have the Restrictions apply, and to which they shall apply, is described as follows: Lot One (1) , Certified Survey Map No. 8719, recorded in Volume 48, page 118, as Document No. 2895103, Town of Springdale, Dane County, Wisconsin. 5. The Restrictions were not intended to, and should not in any way, affect Lot Two (2) of Certified Survey Map No. 8719. 6. This Affidavit is made for the purposes of correcting the legal description contained in the Restrictions as recorded.
