Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1433 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - glass blowing. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/1/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 6932/1433--A part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of <br /> Section 2, Town of Montrose, described as follows : Commencing at <br /> the West 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence S 3° 56' 38" E <br /> along the Westerly Section line of the said Section 2, a distance <br /> of 319. 01 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 88° 52' 40" E <br /> 982 feet, to the Westerly right-of-way of Sunrise Terrace; <br /> thence S 16° 52' 40" W along the said Sunrise Terrace 52 . 47 feet <br /> to the Southerly right-of-way of Sunrise Lane; thence S 73° 07' <br /> 20" E along Sunrise Lane and its extension 251 feet to the <br /> centerline of County Trunk Highway PB; thence Southwesterly <br /> along said centerline 570 feet' thence N 87° 50' 10" W 939. 10 <br /> feet to the Westerly Section line of Section 2; thence Northerly <br /> along the Section line 670 feet, to the point of beginning. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will be taken to provide ingress and <br /> egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion in the <br /> public streets. <br />
