DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6934
<br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield.
<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District
<br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-3A Residential and RH-1
<br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land:
<br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6934-TO R-3A: A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in the
<br /> NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22,Town of Springfield,described as follows: Commencing at the
<br /> Northeast corner of said Section 22 and running thence along the North line of said Section and with the
<br /> centerline of Meffert Road, due West, 1757.43 feet; thence continuing along said centerline, S 62°55'
<br /> 03"W 608.75 feet to a point of curve; thence continuing along said centerline and with the arc of said
<br /> curve,deflecting to the left, said curve having a central angle of 10° 13' 45",a radius of 1300.00 feet and
<br /> a chord which bears S 57°48' 11"W,231.78 feet to a point in the arc of said curve; thence continuing
<br /> along said centerline and with the arc of said last-mentioned curve,said last-mentioned curve having a
<br /> central angle of 01° 13' 49",a radius of 1300.00 feet and a chord which bears S 52108' 48"W,27.91 feet

<br /> the arc of said curve,said curve having a central angle of 01° 13' 49",a radius of 1300.00 feet and a

<br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING
<br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of
<br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions:
<br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED
<br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be
<br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its
<br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the
<br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be
<br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
