s •. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The DAne County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follpws: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps oft<he Town of Springfield be amended to incline in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s and R3-A Residence District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6744 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Springfield <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 22 and running <br /> thence along the North line thereof, West, 1757.46 feet; thence with the centerline of <br /> Meffert Road S 62° 41' 10" West 737.38 feet; thence continuing with said centerline S <br /> 51° 09' 21" West, 82.68 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said <br /> centerline. S 51° 09' 21" West, 398.84 feet to the intersection thereof with the centerline <br /> of USH 12; thence with said centerline of Highway 12, S 32° 15' 15" East, 492.46 feet; <br /> thence N 57° 44' 45" East,147.08 feet; thence East, 160.00 feet; thence North, 213.28 <br /> feet; thence N 32° 15' 15" West, 443.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. To prohibit any further divisions or residential development on the rezone areas. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent To\vn Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will Ouse the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> \i ° \ � <br />
