INSPECTION REPORT
NAME Crossroads Tavern DATE 4/11/97 INSPECTORPDA
ADDRESS: 3562 CTH AB LOCATION:
Mcfarland, WI 53558 Sec. 30, Town of Cottage Grove
3562 CYH AB
Parcel# 0711-302-8540-8
TELEPHONE
ZONING DISTRICT RE-1,B-1 OWNER/TENANT/OTHER
Owners: Jerome A Eith, 3562 CTH AB,Mcfarland WI 53558
Dawn M Guimond, 5811 Sauk Lane Mcfarland WI 53558
RE: Lighted Vollyball/and horseshoe courts, softball maintence building.
REPORT:
Stoped by Crossroads tavern. As I had mentioned to the owner Jerome Eith and Builder
of entryway Addition on a previous inspection that the Lighted Vollyball& horseshoe
Courts will have to have a C.U.P. on file for them to use those recreational areas at night.
Informed owner that we would look into the matter when he comes in. Fact is that the
Vollyball courts and Horseshoe courts are lighted. On west side of softball fields sits a
maintence building for the softball fields. After checking the files, I could not come up
with a Conditional use permit that has been approved for that use. There is no Zoning
Permit on record for the maintence building.
