Legal Description: See attached copy of survey. <br /> 2. Tax Parcel No. 0711-303-8540-8. <br /> 3. The proposed use of the property is not different from the way that it is <br /> currently used. Therefore, applicant seeks approval of an existing use. The <br /> property has been used as a tavern/commercial property for many years, <br /> and its proposed use is not expected to be changed. There are outdoor <br /> lighted recreational areas, that to the best of our knowledge, have been there <br /> since our purchase in about 1985. <br /> 4. Attached hereto is a survey showing location of all buildings.
