The legal <br /> description for the property covered in this application should include Lots 1 and 2, <br /> Certified Survey Map #5392, copy of which is attached. <br /> Lot 1 has a tax identification number of 09-071130292008; Lot 2 has a tax <br /> identification number of 09-071130293409. <br /> It appears that the volleyball courts and the horseshoe pits that lie upon the lands <br /> in the original application may encroach on Lot 2 of CSM 5392. There is also a baseball <br /> diamond on said Lot 2. Lot 1 of this CSM consists mainly of parking facilities which <br /> currently is covered with packed gravel. <br /> We are in the process of having a drawing of all three parcels done to scale, which <br /> drawing will show the location of the improvements, parking and access.
