DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6938 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6938 A part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26,Primrose Township, described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 26; thence S 0° 18'41"East along the West line of said W 1/2 NW 1/4 555.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 0° 18' 41"East along West line, 2099.15'to the West 1/4 corner of said Section 23; thence N 30°00'00"E.,620.00'; thence N 2° 30' 00"W, 800.00'; thence N 18°00' 00"E, 127.07'; thence N 16° 59' 41"W,1187.12'; thence S 85°41' 19"W, 162.95' to the Easterly line of Dane County Certified Survey Map#8134;thence S 19°38' 46"W along said Easterly line, 522.20' to the Southeast corner of said CSM 8134;thence S 89°41' 19" W along the South line of said Certified Survey Map#8134 to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
