If this were a <br /> nonfarm house it would conflict with adopted policies since the site is all cropland with all Class I&II <br /> capability soils. <br /> Since the application is apparently for the farm owner, the adopted town/county plan has the following <br /> provision: <br /> To provide for a one-time replacement of the existing fann residence with a new <br /> farmhouse for the farm operator. <br /> It goes on to state: <br /> These new houses will count toward the one lot per 35 acres owned overall density of <br /> policy 3, unless the old residence is demolished. <br /> This appears to fit within the"one-time replacement"policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None <br /> OTHER <br />
