• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6952 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the R-3A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6952 <br /> A part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4,Town of Verona,described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the N 1/4 corner of said Section 4; thence S00° 18' 35"E,600.00 feet along the North South 1/4 line of <br /> said Section 4; thence N 89°21' 13"E, 52.14 feet to the East right-of-way line of Woods Road and the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing N 89°21' 13"E, 150.00 feet; N 00°44' 35"E, 135.00 feet; <br /> thence S 89°21' 13"W, 150.00 feet; S 00°44' 35"W, 135.00 feet along the east right-of-way line of <br /> Woods Road to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings, to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
