• • Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1435 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions . FOR: Dog boarding kennel, training and related sales . EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/19/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4, Section 23, Town of Cross Plains described as follows : Lot 1, Certified Survey Map #4030 found in Vol . 21, Page 39 of Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds office . CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit 1) . The maximum number of dogs shall not exceed 23 . 2) . The hours of operation shall be from 7 : 00 A.M. to 7 : 00 P.M. 3) . Submitted floor plan dated August 19, 1997 . 4) . The animal waste plan is to compost solids when possible and to have a holding tank. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district.
