• • Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1435 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: Dog boarding kennel, training and related sales . <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/19/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4, Section 23, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows : <br /> Lot 1, Certified Survey Map #4030 found in Vol . 21, Page 39 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds office . <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit <br /> 1) . The maximum number of dogs shall not exceed 23 . <br /> 2) . The hours of operation shall be from 7 : 00 A.M. to 7 : 00 P.M. <br /> 3) . Submitted floor plan dated August 19, 1997 . <br /> 4) . The animal waste plan is to compost solids when possible and <br /> to have a holding tank. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br />
