• <br /> PARKING SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This Parking Space Lease Agreement is entered into this (j day of May, 1997,by and between <br /> Clarence Katzenberg(hereinafter"Lessor")and Sonny's Restaurant&Bar, Inc. (hereinafter"Lessee"). <br /> Whereas,Lessor is the owner of certain real estate as shown on the attached Exhibit A, located in Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin. <br /> Whereas Lessee operates a restaurant and bar located at 5195 Highway 12,Middleton, Wisconsin,on <br /> property located adjacent to Lessor's property. <br /> Whereas,Lessor desires to lease to Lessee,and Lessee desires to lease from Lessor,a portion of Lessor's <br /> property as indicated on the attached Exhibit A(hereinafter,"Parking Area"),for the purpose of additional parking <br /> space to be used by Lessee's patrons during special events to be held at Lessee's place of business. The Parking <br /> Area is located on property which is zoned C-2. <br /> Now, Therefore,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Lessor grants to Lessee a non-exclusive right use the Parking Area to provide additional parking <br /> space for Lessee's patrons during special events held at Lessee's place of business. <br /> 2. Lessee shall pay to Lessor the sum of Fifty Dollars($50.00)per special event during which <br /> Lessor makes the Parking Area available to Lessee's patrons. <br /> 3.
