This letter sets forth in detail <br /> the proposed use of the property. Attachments to the April 10 letter include drawings of the <br /> parcel and proposed construction, signatures of the residents of adjoining properties, an <br /> agreement with the Dane County Sheriff's Department for providing security services, and the <br /> amended liquor license issued by the Springfield Town Board to include the proposed <br /> construction. <br /> In addition to the above information, also enclosed is a parking agreement, and a letter from the <br /> property owner approving of the rezoning. <br /> The Springfield Zoning and Planning Commission approved the rezoning request on May 5, 1997. <br /> If you need any additional information, please contact me or Rita Bardell. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Asan Dzaferi <br />
