" b. <br /> Page 2 <br /> A <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . The subject property shall be developed consistent with the <br /> site plan dated 7/30/97 . <br /> 2) . The party patio shall be completely enclosed by a permanent <br /> fence. The fence along the Southerly edge of the party patio <br /> shall be six feet in height and opaque to provide noise and <br /> visual screening. <br /> 3) . The operator shall provide and maintain, at a minimum, <br /> portable sanitary toilets within the party patio. <br /> 4) . Any lighting of the proposed stage shall be directed towards <br /> the stage area. <br /> 5) . The proposed expansion of the party patio may be developed <br /> only after the applicant applies for and receives a parking <br /> variance from the Board of Adjustment. This condition does not <br /> imply that the Board of Adjustment waives its discretion to <br /> approve or deny the variance. <br /> 6) . No other neighboring properties may be used for parking for <br /> the use unless the Board of Adjustmenty approves a variance <br /> authorizing such parking. If neighboring properties are approved <br /> for parking, the operator shall enter and maintain lease <br /> agreements, which shall be filed with the Town and County. <br /> 7) . The party patio shall close no later than 11 P.M. on Sunday <br /> through Thursday nights and 12 A.M. on Friday and Saturday <br /> nights . <br /> 8) . The operator shall enter and maintain security agreements <br /> for events at the party patio. <br />
