DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6957 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6957 TO RH-1: Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Vermont,described as follows: Beginning 100 feet North of the SW corner of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence North 443 feet to the center of Bakken-Stenli Road; thence Southeasterly along the centerline 500 feet; thence S 52°W 300 feet; thence S 26 feet; thence West 229 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Vermont, described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of Section 15; thence East 100 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 9° W 575 feet; thence N 60°E 987 feet to the center of Bakken-Stenli Road; thence Southeasterly along the road 1100 feet; thence west 1218 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
