DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6957 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6957 <br /> TO RH-1: Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Vermont,described as follows: <br /> Beginning 100 feet North of the SW corner of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence North 443 feet to the center <br /> of Bakken-Stenli Road; thence Southeasterly along the centerline 500 feet; thence S 52°W 300 feet; <br /> thence S 26 feet; thence West 229 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Vermont, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the SW corner of Section 15; thence East 100 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 9° <br /> W 575 feet; thence N 60°E 987 feet to the center of Bakken-Stenli Road; thence Southeasterly along the <br /> road 1100 feet; thence west 1218 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
