I was billed for amount far exceeding contract amount.When we contacted Dan Birrenkott about overages Dan <br /> Birrenkott stated the project was more work than they considered which is either untrue or an oversite by Dan <br /> Birrenkott because the City of Madison Engineering Department supplied Dan Birrenkott with a scope of work. In an <br /> attempt to keep the project moving forward remaining balance of invoice overages was escrowed to be paid as work <br /> was completed.An"As Built"survey required by the City of Madison Engineering shows the work provided by Dan <br /> Birrenkott was done incorrectly and will be to redone at an estimated cost of$68,000. Estimate was provided by The <br /> City of Madison Engineering Department. Dan Birrenkott has also taken it upon himself to have private meetings <br /> regarding the As Built information with the City of Madison Engineering Department without informing me. As things <br /> stand currently I have an incomplete land development that will require$68,000 in repairs due to Dan Birrenkott and <br /> Dan Birrenkott will not respond to any inquiries. <br />
