<br /> feet along said meander line to a point which is North 22°49'16" East, 120.00 feet, more
<br /> or less, from the centerline of Black Earth Creek; thence North 22°49'16" East, 300.00
<br /> feet to a point in the centerline of Kahl Road-and the point of beginning. INCLUDING
