DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6945 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the R-3A Residential Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6945 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21 and part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section,Town of <br /> Dunkirk,described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 21; thence S89°52' <br /> 38"E,231.00 feet; thence N 1°03' 30"E, 523.03 feet; thence N 4° 12' 30"E 182.73 feet; thence N 7° <br /> 21' 30 E,600.26 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 7°21' 30"E, 252.48 feet; <br /> thence N 82°30' 50"W,241.11 feet; thence on a meander line along the shoreline of the Yahara River S <br /> 8° 11'W,252.50 feet; thence S 82°30' 50"E, 244.75 feet to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
