DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6946 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6946 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 27,Town of Dunn described as follows: Lot#1, Certified Survey Map <br /> #818. <br /> As found in Volume 4,Page 34 of Certified Survey Maps,Dane County Register of Deeds Office AND <br /> commencing S 1/4 corner; thence N 90°00' 00"E 971.10 feet;thence N 00°00' 00"E 359.70 feet along <br /> west line of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map #818 to point of beginning; thence N 03° 5' 24"E 392.65 feet; <br /> thence S 87°24' 4"E 396.63 feet; thence S 4° 11' 10"W 375.23 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot#1, <br /> Certified Survey Map#818; thence N 89°58' 46"W 389.98 feet to the point of beginning <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That a buffer strip of 6 evergreens,with a minimum of 4 feet at the time of planting,and a maximum of <br /> 10 foot spacing be planted to visually buffer the Laufenberg lot and the applicants shop. <br /> 4\1--a(N. <\\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
