DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6950 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1 Residential Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6950 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of the NW <br /> 1/4 of Section 34,Town of Sun Prairie,described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said <br /> Section 34; thence along the North line of said NW 1/4,N 89°54' 50"W,51.24 feet; thence S 0°21' <br /> 00"E,541.47 feet to the pint of beginning; thence N 89°39'00"E,302.00 feet; thence S 0°21'00",E, <br /> 333.00 feet; thence S 89°39'00"W,22.36 feet; thence S 6° 12'00"E,684.83 feet; thence S 6°08'00" <br /> W,676.58 feet to the center line of County Trunk Highway"TI"'; thence S 56°54'00"W along said <br /> centerline,214.54 feet to the centerline of Creek Haven Road; thence N 41°47'00"W along said <br /> centerline of Creek Haven Road,233.95 feet; thence continuing along said centerline N 18°58'00"E, <br /> 368.30 feet; thence continuing along said centerline N 6°08'00"E,268.50 feet; thence continuing <br /> along said centerline N 6° 12'00"W,404.55 feet; thence continuing along said centerline N 13°53'00" <br /> W 319.25 feet; thence N 37°53'00"E,42.01 feet; thence N 0°21'00"W 267.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. The plat shall be restricted to eight residential lots. <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within one year of its approval by Dane County,a plat that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the plat will cause this amendment to be null and void. A copy of the recorded plat shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1).That there shall be no further division or residential development,except for the rezone area,on parcel <br /> numbers 0811-342-8001-1,0811-341-9000-1,0811-341-8500-8,0811-274-9000-1,0811-273-9500-9,and <br /> 0811-342-8460-6 <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
