Accordingly, the individual lots within the former plat no <br /> longer exist as separate legal entities. Tracts of land, located within the exterior boundary <br /> of the vacated plat, may retain separate legal parcel status, provided that ownership pre- <br /> dates the adoption of the Dane County Land Division Regulation. A correct example of <br /> the above interpretation provides that the Edgar Walch Estate owns Lots 1 thru 4 & Lots <br /> 7 thru 10 of Block 10 of the vacated plat of CLIFTON, together with other adjoining <br /> lands, as one single legal entity, not as separate platted lots.
