tiJ� DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6960 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6960 Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 6, Town of Roxbury, described as follows: TO CO-1: Commencing at the Northeast quarter corner of said Section 6; thence S 00 00' East along the East line of said Northeast quarter, 66.3 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of Certified Survey Map #136; thence continuing S 00° 00' East along said East line, 932.2 feet to a point that is on the extension of the Southerly line of Certified Survey Map#4593 and the Northerly line of Kehl Road; thence S 70° 30' West along said extension line, 324.6 feet to the Southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map #4593; thence N 19° 30' West along the Easterly line of said Certified Survey Map #4593 66.0 feet; thence N 70° 30' East parallel to the said extension line, 122.0 feet; thence N 19° 30' West, 170.0 feet; thence N 05° 08' West, 165.2 feet; thence N 05° 49' East, 522.8 feet to Southwest corner of Certified Survey Map #136; thence N 68° 09' East along the Northeasterly line of said Certified Survey#249.4 feet to the point of beginning.
