DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6963 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6963/1440 Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Bristol described as follows: Lot#1, CSM 4142 found in Volume 17, Page 217 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 1. Before consideration of the conditional use permit for motor vehicle fuel sales,the applicant shall submit an "operations plan" to the Town of Bristol. That plan shall indicate, at a minimum, the number of gas pumps, hours of operation, traffic patterns, proposed modifications or additions on the site,and expansion plans. 2. Use of the subject property shall be limited to the proposed convenience store(including the sale of fuel for motor vehicles if and only if a conditional use permit is granted)plus any other use permitted under S. 10.14(1)(a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance (i.e. C-1 district permitted uses). 3. A Delayed Effective Date shall be required on the petition and that the vision triangle corner shall be dedicated on the Certified Survey Map. 0\(\ V\kt °2" The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
