DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6963 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6963/1440 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Bristol described as follows: Lot#1, CSM <br /> 4142 found in Volume 17, Page 217 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of <br /> the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Before consideration of the conditional use permit for motor vehicle fuel sales,the applicant <br /> shall submit an "operations plan" to the Town of Bristol. That plan shall indicate, at a <br /> minimum, the number of gas pumps, hours of operation, traffic patterns, proposed <br /> modifications or additions on the site,and expansion plans. <br /> 2. Use of the subject property shall be limited to the proposed convenience store(including the <br /> sale of fuel for motor vehicles if and only if a conditional use permit is granted)plus any other <br /> use permitted under S. 10.14(1)(a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance (i.e. C-1 district <br /> permitted uses). <br /> 3. A Delayed Effective Date shall be required on the petition and that the vision triangle <br /> corner shall be dedicated on the Certified Survey Map. <br /> 0\(\ <br /> V\kt °2" <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
