DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6965 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6965 <br /> Part of the NW '/4 NE '/a of Section 31 and the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of <br /> Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 31, thence N 89° 51' 21"East along the North line of said Section 31, 872.15 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing N 89° 51' 21" East along the North line of said <br /> Section 31, 381.00 feet to a point 66.00 feet West of the East line of the SW '/4 of the SE <br /> 1/4; thence N 00° 10' 32" West along a line which is 66.00 feet West of said East line, <br /> 153.99 feet to the right-of-way of Dunlap Hollow Road; thence continuing N 00° 10' 32" <br /> West, 37.96 feet to the centerline of said road; thence along the centerline of said road <br /> which is a curve to the left having a central angle of 13° 54' 38", a radius of 299.30 feet, a <br /> chord bearing of S 65° 45' 34" East, a chord distance of 72.49 feet, an arc distance of <br /> 72.66 feet to the said East line; thence S 00° 10' 32"East along said East line, 34.43 feet <br /> to the right-of-way line of said road; thence continuing S 00° 10' 32" East along said East <br /> line, 193.60 feet to a point which is 66.00 feet South of the North line of said Section 31; <br /> thence S 89° 51' 21"West, 292.62 feet; thence S 00° 10' 32"East, 240.95 feet; thence S <br /> 32° 00' 23" West, 64.70 feet; thence N 57° 59' 37" West, 270.10 feet; thence N 26° 19' <br /> 17"East, 243.52 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of <br /> the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> °\()\*/ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
