The hearing date is July 22 and is item $10 . <br /> Alan and I have lived at 1451 Ramsey Rd for about 9 years . We <br /> have owned this property for almost 2 years . Our land is not <br /> across from, but adjacent too the property in question. We do <br /> not have any problem with Mr. Halverson building a garage there. <br /> It would be a very good spot. We think the complaints of trucks <br /> is ridiculous, seeing how there has been a quarry there since <br /> before any of the current residents lived here. All moved in <br /> freely knowing it was there. And as for worrying about their <br /> children, we taught ours that they stay out of the trucks way <br /> when using the road. And we never had a problem. <br /> We don't believe Mr. Halverson will be doing anything to harm <br /> the land either, seeing how his family will be living right <br /> next to the pit too.
