DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6968 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6968 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30 and part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> Section 31, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner is <br /> the point of beginning. Thence N 86° 37' 04" East for a distance of 247.60 feet along the <br /> South line of the SE '/4 of Section 30; thence N 00° 59' 09" West for a distance of 259.47 <br /> feet; thence S 86° 35' 06" West for a distance of 369.59 feet to the East right-of-way of <br /> Ryan Road; thence S 05° 39' 35" West for a distance of 262.52 feet along the East right- <br /> of-way of Ryan Road; thence N 86° 31' 55" East for a distance of 152.40 feet along the <br /> South line of the SW 1/4 Section 30, to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(8): Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, thence N 86° <br /> 37' 04"East 247.60 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 86° 37' 40"East 1319.12 <br /> feet to the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 30;thence North along said line to <br /> the intersection with the North line of the S 1/2 of the S '/z of the SW '/a of the SE 1/4 said <br /> Section 30; thence West along said line to the intersection with the West line of the SW 1/4 <br /> of the SE 1/4 of said Section 30; thence North along said line to the intersection with the <br /> East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence South along the East right-of-way of Ryan Road <br /> to the intersection with the North line of proposed CSM; thence N 86° 35' 06" East <br /> 369.59 feet along North line of CSM; thence S 00° 59' 09" East 259.47 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> ALSO, TO A-2(8): That part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Vermont, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said <br /> corner is the point of beginning of this description. Thence S 00° 01' 05"East 1250.20 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 49' 06" West 322.73 feet to the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; <br /> thence North along the East right-of-way of Ryan Road to the intersection with the South <br /> line of the SE 1/4 SW '/ of Section 30, thence along said line N 86° 31' 55" East 152.40 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
