DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6968 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6968 Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30 and part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Vermont described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner is the point of beginning. Thence N 86° 37' 04" East for a distance of 247.60 feet along the South line of the SE '/4 of Section 30; thence N 00° 59' 09" West for a distance of 259.47 feet; thence S 86° 35' 06" West for a distance of 369.59 feet to the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence S 05° 39' 35" West for a distance of 262.52 feet along the East right- of-way of Ryan Road; thence N 86° 31' 55" East for a distance of 152.40 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 Section 30, to the point of beginning. TO A-2(8): Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, thence N 86° 37' 04"East 247.60 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 86° 37' 40"East 1319.12 feet to the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 30;thence North along said line to the intersection with the North line of the S 1/2 of the S '/z of the SW '/a of the SE 1/4 said Section 30; thence West along said line to the intersection with the West line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 30; thence North along said line to the intersection with the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence South along the East right-of-way of Ryan Road to the intersection with the North line of proposed CSM; thence N 86° 35' 06" East 369.59 feet along North line of CSM; thence S 00° 59' 09" East 259.47 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO, TO A-2(8): That part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Vermont, described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner is the point of beginning of this description. Thence S 00° 01' 05"East 1250.20 feet; thence N 89° 49' 06" West 322.73 feet to the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence North along the East right-of-way of Ryan Road to the intersection with the South line of the SE 1/4 SW '/ of Section 30, thence along said line N 86° 31' 55" East 152.40 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
