• <br /> TOWN OF COTTAGE GROVE <br /> REGULAR BOARD MEETING <br /> JUNE 2, 1997 <br /> VII. Plan Committee Recommendations: <br /> A. Eugene Skaar, 2394 Hwy 12 & 18; Zone change R-1 to R-3 for 1/2 + acres to allow <br /> for proper setbacks as the reconstruction of the highway changes the side yard to the rear <br /> yard. The plan committee had unanimously approved 5 to 0 with Mr. Skaar abstaining. <br /> MOTION by Griffin/Kurt to approve. MOTION CARRIED 4 to 0 with Chairman Skaar <br /> abstaining from the vote. <br /> B. Tim Connery (TRC Leasing), north of 3196 CTH "N"; zone change C-1 to LC-1 <br /> for.374 acres to store construction equipment on the premises. The plan committee had <br /> approved unanimously 6 to 0. MOTION by Kurt/Griffin to approve. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> C. M. DuPre, 3190 CTH "N"; zone change A-1 Ex to C-1 for one acre to expand <br /> septic field. Attorney Mr. Mendosa was present and reported that a mistake had been <br /> made on the application made last fall and that a certified survey map was not required, <br /> therefore they were going through the process again rather than do the certified survey <br /> map. The plan committee had approved 6 to 0 with a deed restriction that there be no <br /> separate conveyance and used only for a septic field. MOTION by Kurt/Anders to <br /> approve with the deed restriction as per the plan committee. MOTION CARRIED 4 to 1 <br /> with Supervisor Hampton the dissenting vote. <br /> D. P. Krueger,3027 Siggelkow Road; zone change RI-1-1 to RH-3 for 2 acres and A-1 <br /> to RH-3 for 10 acres to add to existing parcel. The plan committee approved 6 to 0. It <br /> goes against the 2 acre building site guideline, however, itr*0 reduces the total # of <br /> •uilding sites from the original arm, reduces t e s o parce s sp it rom the origina farm, <br /> and definitely supports the a•.acent an'sea. .• •usiness. • • ON by Gn !i 'ampton <br /> to approve. ' • AD I CARRIED 5 to 0. <br /> E. Dane County Agricultural Preservation - Amendments to Town Plan: <br /> MOTION by Griffin/Kurt for Kevin Shelley to forward the proposed changes to Dean <br /> Severson at RPC and meet with him if necessary. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> F. Kevin Shelley inquired as to when the fees for land use changes would be adopted. It <br /> was decided to put on the next agenda. <br /> G. Kevin reported back to the board regarding the Gary Buckley zone change request. <br /> The land was A-1 Ex and went to RH-4 when it was split off, therefore the plan <br /> committee felt it had satisfied its one split allowed. <br /> 3 <br />
